金匮肾气丸联合腹针治疗肾气虚型神经源性膀胱临床研究

Clinical Research of 138 Kidney Qi Deficiency Neurogenic Bladder Cases Treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pill Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture

目的:旨在观察比较金匮肾气丸联合腹针疗法、单纯口服金匮肾气丸、间歇性导尿治疗肾气虚型神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心、随机、对照临床试验,入组138名肾气虚型神经源性膀胱患者,随机分为药物组、导尿组、针药联合组,连续治疗3个疗程。结果:针药联合治疗相比间歇性导尿组和药物组能显著地降低了患者的QOL评分(P<0.05),显著降低了患者膀胱残余尿量(P<0.05),使患者最大尿流率显著上升(P<0.05)。经综合疗效评定,金匮肾气联合腹针组治疗总有效率为91.21%,显著高于导尿组和药物组。结论:金匮肾气丸联合腹针治疗肾气虚型神经源性膀胱较间歇性导尿和单纯口服金匮肾气丸具有显著疗效,且针药联合治疗操作简便、经济实用、患者痛苦小、可持续性好,便于临床推广。

Objective：To observe and compare the clinical effects of three treating groups：Jinkui Shenqi Pill with abdominal acupuncture,Jinkui Shenqi Pill alone,intermittent catheterization in the treatment of kidney qi deficiency neurogenic bladder.Methods：This study adopted multi-center,randomized controlled clinical trials,in which 138 kidney qi deficiency neurogenic bladder patients were randomly divided into three groups,including the Jinkui Shenqi Pill group,the intermittent catheterization group and the Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with abdominal acupuncture group.Each group received a continuous treatment for three periods.Results：Compared with the groups of the intermittent catheterization and Jinkui Shenqi Pill group,the combination therapy of Jinkui Shenqi Pill and acupuncture significantly reduced the score of patient＇s QOL（P 0.05）,and the volume of bladder residual urine（P 0.05） and at the same time increase the maximal urinary flow rate（P 0.05）.Regarding the comprehensive evaluation of the curative effect,the total effective rate was 91.21%in the Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with abdominal acupuncture group,better than the intermittent catheterization group and the Jinkui Shenqi Pill group.Conclusion：The therapy for the of kidney qi deficiency neurogenic bladder by Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with abdominal acupuncture has obviously better curative effect than the treatment of intermittent catheterization and Jinkui Shenqi Pill alone.This combined therapy of acupuncture and Chinese medicine can be simply performed,economical and practical,with little pain and sustainable effects,and therefore is convenient for clinical promotion.
