摘要
本文选取中肋骨条藻(Keletonema costatum)和东方小藤壶(Hthamalus challengeri)2种典型的污损生物为受试生物,研究了海带(Laminaria)和厚叶解曼藻(Kjellmaniella crassifolia)粗提物的防污活性。抑藻实验结果表明两种海藻粗提物对中肋骨条藻均有较好的抑制效果,其中海带粗提物的抑藻EC50值为(8.9±0.6)μg·mL-1,厚叶解曼藻粗提物的抑藻EC50值为(17.3±1.2)μg·mL-1。藤壶幼虫急性毒性试验表明两种海藻粗提物对东方小藤壶均有较好的致死效果,其中海带粗提物对藤壶幼虫的LC50值为(12.0±1.6)μg·mL-1,厚叶解曼藻粗提物对藤壶幼虫的LC50值为(16.1±2.5)μg·mL-1。两种海藻的粗提物均可作为天然防污剂的潜在来源进行深入研究。
Two seaweeds(Laminaria and Kjellmaniella crassifolia)were explored for the antifouling potentials.Skeletonema costatum and Chthamalus challengeri were used as bioassay organisms.The antialgal experiments revealed that both of the crude extracts fromlaminaria and Kjellmaniella crassifolia could significantly inhibit the growth of the Skeletonema costatum.The EC50 values against Skeletonema costatum were(8.9±0.6)μg·mL-1 for the crude extract fromlaminariaand(17.3±1.2)μg·mL-1 for that from Kjellmaniella crassifolia.The anti-larvae experiments showed a clear dose-response relation between the concentrations of the crude extracts and Chthamalus challengeri larvae lethallty rate.The LC50 values against Chthamalus challengeri larvae were(12.0±1.6)μg·mL-1 for the crude extract from laminariaand(16.1±2.5)μg·mL-1 for that from Kjellmaniellacrassifolia.The results indicated that both of the tow seaweeds could be as a promising source of natural antifouling agents.
