Value of Marxism and Symbol of Marxism are two directly opposite views on Marxism. This paper is an attempt to highlight, from the perspective of practice and application, the significance of Value of Marxism by means of presenting the line of reasoning and historical development of the two perspectives through a comparison of their internal mechanisms and the realistic changes.
