公共场所卫生调查研究分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Public Places Sanitary

目的：了解公共场所基本的卫生状况，找出存在的卫生安全隐患，为杜绝传染病的发生提供科学的技术支撑。方法：于2015年4月~2015年6月对上海市浦东新区祝桥镇施湾社区的旅店、公共浴室、足浴、卡拉OK、商场、饭馆和美容美发等7类主要公共场所进行卫生检测。结果：祝桥镇施湾社区旅店、公共浴室、足浴、卡拉OK、商场、饭馆和美容美发的物理因素检测指标和化学污染物检测合格率差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；商场物理因素指标检测合格率最高，饭馆和美容美发厅化学污染物指标指标检测合格率最高；旅店和公共浴室毛巾、浴巾、拖鞋和床单微生物因素指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；美容美发厅的化学污染物指标检测结果合格率最高。结论：今后应有针对性地加强对公共场所的监督检查及检测力度。

Objective：To investigate the basic sanitary status of public place, find out the health and safety risks, to provide scientific and technical support to prevent infectious diseases. Methods：Health examination was underwent in 7 kinds of public places of Shanghai Pudong new area Zhuq-iao Town Shiwan community hotel, puiblic bath, lavipeditum, karaoke, shopping malls, restaurants and beauty salon from April to June in 2015. Re-sults：The qualified rate of physical factors and chemical pollutants among community hotel, public bath, lavipeditum, karaoke, shopping malls, res-taurants and beauty salon had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;the qualified rate of physical factors in malls was the highest, while chemical pol-lutants in restaurants and beauty salon were the highest;the microbial factor indexes of hotel and towels, washclothes, slippers and bedsheet in public bath had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）; the qualified rate of chemical pollutants in beauty salon was the highest. Conclusion：We should en-hance the supervision and inspection to public places in future.
