摘要
目的:观察以引导式教育为导向的游戏疗法对小儿脑瘫康复训练的效果。方法:45例脑瘫儿童随机分为治疗组23例及对照组22例,两组患者均进行以引导式教育为主的康复训练,治疗组增加以引导式教育为导向的游戏项目,治疗观察3个月后比较两组粗大运动功能GMFM评分。结果:治疗3个月后两组患儿GMFM评分均明显高于治疗前(P〈0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:引导式教育为导向的游戏疗法用于小儿脑瘫康复训练患儿依从性好,能较有效地改善其运动功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of guided education as a guide of game therapy on rehabilitation training of children cerebral palsy. Meth-ods:45 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group of 23 cases and control group of 22 cases, both groups adopted reha-bilitation training mainly with guided education, treatment group added game therapy with guidance of guided education, after the treatment of 3 months gross motor function GMFM score of the two groups was compared. Results:After the treatment of 3 months GMFM scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P〈0.05), and treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05). Conclu-sion:Compliance of guided education as a guide of game therapy for children with cerebral palsy with rehabilitation training is good, which can im-prove their motor function more effectively, being worthy of clinical application.
