引导式教育为导向的游戏疗法在小儿脑瘫康复训练中的应用观察

Application Observation on Guided Education as a Guide of Game Therapy on Rehabilitation Training of Children Cerebral Palsy

目的：观察以引导式教育为导向的游戏疗法对小儿脑瘫康复训练的效果。方法：45例脑瘫儿童随机分为治疗组23例及对照组22例，两组患者均进行以引导式教育为主的康复训练，治疗组增加以引导式教育为导向的游戏项目，治疗观察3个月后比较两组粗大运动功能GMFM评分。结果：治疗3个月后两组患儿GMFM评分均明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05），且治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：引导式教育为导向的游戏疗法用于小儿脑瘫康复训练患儿依从性好，能较有效地改善其运动功能，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of guided education as a guide of game therapy on rehabilitation training of children cerebral palsy. Meth-ods：45 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group of 23 cases and control group of 22 cases, both groups adopted reha-bilitation training mainly with guided education, treatment group added game therapy with guidance of guided education, after the treatment of 3 months gross motor function GMFM score of the two groups was compared. Results：After the treatment of 3 months GMFM scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and treatment group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion：Compliance of guided education as a guide of game therapy for children with cerebral palsy with rehabilitation training is good, which can im-prove their motor function more effectively, being worthy of clinical application.
