西安市污泥处理处置现状分析及对策研究

Status Analysis and Countermeasures Research on Sludge Treatment and Disposal in Xi'an City

通过对西安市十区三县及五区一港两基地范围内产生的污泥的泥质、泥量及处理处置现状进行分析,提出了污泥的处理处置应在科学规划、合理布局的基础上,出台相应的管理政策和约束性指标对污泥处理处置各环节进行监管,同时需要对成本、补贴、市场及环境治理进行统筹,形成完整的污泥处理处置产业政策。通过对各厂污泥泥质的检测分析,得出了解决现状污泥处理处置问题的技术对策,并根据远期污水处理厂的分布情况和污泥产量对远期污泥处理处置总体布局提出了建议。本研究成果可为西安市污泥处理处置设施的建设提供政策、技术参考。

By the analysis of quality, quantity, treatment and disposal of sludge from ten districts, three counties, five regions, one port and two bases of Xi＇ an City, it was put forward that on the basis of scientific planning and rational layout, the relevant management policies and restrictive indicators should be made to supervise the whole process of sludge treatment and disposal. At the same time, the cost, al- lowance, market and environmental improvement are overall considered, so as to form the complete in- dustrial policy of sludge treatment and disposal. Through testing and analyzing the quality of sludge from all plants, relevant technologies were proposed to solve the problems of sludge treatment and disposal. Suggestions on the general layout for the future sludge treatment and disposal were made according to the distribution of future sewage treatment plants and the sludge quantity. The research achievement could provide the policy and technology reference for the construction of sludge treatment and disposal facilities of Xi＇ an City.
