摘要
内置式膜和外置式膜普遍应用于各种污水处理工程中,二者的处理效果相似,但能耗相差较大,外置式膜的能耗远远高于内置式膜。对于垃圾渗滤液处理工程,生化处理采用内置式膜生物反应器可以取得良好的效果,与外置式膜相比,占地面积相差不大,工程费用较低,可以节省90%的电耗,对降低渗滤液处理成本具有重要意义,具有很好的发展应用前景。
The built-in membrane and external membrane are generally applied to a variety of sew- age treatment projects, which have similar treatment effect. But their energy consumptions are obvious distinct. The energy consumption of external membrane is much higher than that of built-in membrane. For landfill leachate treatment project, biochemical treatment using built-in membrane bioreactor can achieve good results. Compared with the external membrane, the built-in membrane can save 90% power consumption with an identical area and low project cost. It has important significance to reduce leachate treatment cost and a very good development and application prospect.
