摘要
济源市城市污水处理厂一期工程提标改造工程设计规模为5×10~4m^3/d。二级处理采用奥贝尔氧化沟工艺,以原奥贝尔氧化沟工艺为基础,采取了调整运行模式、增加硝化液回流、补充碳源以及加药脱氮除磷等措施,改造工程土建及设备改造规模小、投资节省、能耗低、对进水适应能力强、运行管理方便。三级处理采用混凝沉淀+转盘滤池+紫外线消毒工艺。设计出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The upgrading design capacity of the first-phase project of Jiyuan City Sewage Treatment Plant was 5.0 × 10^4 m^3/d. Orbal oxidation ditch process was adopted for the secondary treatment. Based on the Orbal oxidation ditch process, some measures such as adjusting the operating mode, increasing the nitrifying liquid reflux, supplementing carbon source and dosing chemicals for nitrogen and phosphorus removal were taken. The upgrading project had advantages of least civil engineering and equipment modification, less investment, low energy consumption, strong adaptability to raw wastewater quality/quantity changes and convenient operation management. The coagulating sedimentation/rotary filter/ultraviolet disinfection process was used for the tertiary treatment. The design effluent quality would meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutions for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002).
