摘要
在某工程纯水管道沿程阻力损失计算中,设计采用三种经典水力学公式进行计算比较,该工程经6年的生产运行经验表明,利用达西-魏斯巴赫公式设计结果与实际运行工况基本吻合;建议在工程设计中,设计师应因地制宜地选取管材,并针对选用的管材选择相应的水力计算公式,才能做到节水、节材、节能。
In calculation of frictional resistance loss in a pure water supply project, the calculation results using three kinds of classical hydraulics formula were compared. The experience during six years in practical production showed that the actual operation condition in the project coincided with the results using Darcy-Weisbach formula perfectly. It was suggested the designers should select pipe material according to local conditions, and according to the variety of selected pipes, the hydraulic calculation formula was selected, so as to achieve water saving, material saving and energy saving.
