复合预处理/反渗透用于火电厂高含盐废水回用

Combined Process of Composite Pretreatment and Reverse Osmosis for High Salinity Wastewater Treatment in Thermal Power Plant

摘要 主要介绍了复合式预处理组合反渗透工艺用于处理神华亿利发电厂高含盐废水的工程实践情况,重点说明了复合式预处理的主要设计思路和具体操作办法。由第三方检测机构出具的实际运行数据以及最终检测报告证明,采用复合式预处理组合反渗透工艺处理高含盐废水,可以实现废水零排放和回用。此外,对复合式预处理组合反渗透工艺处理高含盐废水提出了改进建议。 The engineering practice of the combined process of composite pretreatment and reverse osmosis for treating high salinity wastewater from Yili Power Plant was introduced. The main design idea and the specific operation methods of the composite pretreatment were described. The actual operation data, the running results and the final examining report provided by the third-party testing organization showed that the combined process of composite pretreatment and reverse osmosis could achieve the zero discharge of the treated wastewater. In addition, suggestions for improving the combined process were made.
