Industrial Test of MVR Technology for Treating Concentrated Salt Water from Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

摘要 采用单级蒸汽机械再压缩+强制循环蒸发结晶工艺处理循环流化床锅炉排污水,产出的冷凝水矿化度<50 mg/L,二氧化硅<7 mg/L,回收水率达95%,水处理成本为18.36元/m^3。工业化试验结果表明,该工艺的应用可使循环流化床锅炉排污水实现循环利用,处理过程提取固体氯化钠盐后,可避免稠油生产开发系统结垢,并消除盐在系统中循环累积的"盐害"。 The combined process of single stage mechanical vapor compression and forced circulation evaporation crystallization was used to treat the wastewater from circulating fluidized bed boiler. Total dissolved solid and silicon dioxide in the output condensate were below 50 mg/L and 7 mg/L respectively. The recovery rate and water treatment costs of the MVR system were 95% and 18.36 yuan/m^3 respectively. The industrial test results showed that the application of the combined process could achieve the recycling of the wastewater from circulating fluidized bed boiler. After the solid sodium chloride salt was extracted from the salt water, the scaling in the heavy oil production and development system could be avoided, and the salt damage caused by salt accumulation in the system could be eliminated.
