摘要
应用战略、绩效等管理理论,采用理论与实际、定量与定性等分析方法,提出了基于战略的煤炭企业绩效管理流程,以开滦煤业分公司为例,提出了基于平衡计分卡和关键绩效指标的评价框架,指出了绩效管理应注意的问题。
Application of strategy, performance management theory, the theory and prac- tice, quantitative and qualitative analysis method, is proposed based on the strategy of coal enter- prise performance management processes, taking the Kailuan coal mining branch as an example, the evaluation framework based on the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, and points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the performance management.
