摘要
对低阶烟煤煤泥洗选提质技术的现状进行分析研究后得出,目前的煤泥提质技术已不能满足煤泥提质的要求,需对浮选提质技术进行新的研究。对朔州中煤平朔能源有限公司选煤厂的煤泥进行了可浮性提质试验,得出该煤泥在满足产品质量要求的情况下,浮选可燃体回收率大于80%,煤泥的可浮性为易浮,使得低阶烟煤煤泥浮选成为可能。通过药剂选择性试验,得出HZ-1浮选药剂更加适合煤泥浮选需要,煤泥浮选的工业生产实践表明,在满足产品质量要求的前提下,浮选完善指标为43.85%,同实验室结果相近,取得了理想的提质效果。
According to analytical study current situation of upgrading technologies on low- rank soft coal slime flotation, the current upgrading technologies could not meet coal quality re- quirements which need conduct new studies about flotation upgrading technologies. Basing upon the floatability of coal slim upgrading experiment in coal preparation plant of ChinaCoal Pingshuo Group Co. , Ltd. , the authors found that when the coal slime meet coal quality requirements, re- covery rate of flotation combustible was more than 80 %, floatability of coal slime was easy float- ing which made low-rank soft coal slim flotation possible~ according to agent selective test, HZ- 1, flotation agent was more suitable for coal slime flotation requirement, industrial production practice of coal slime flotation showed that complex index of flotation was 43.85 % on the premise of meet the requirements of product quality, and the results were similar in same laboratory which had the ideal upgrading effects.
