摘要
分析了人才培养模式单一、激励机制缺失、企业文化凝聚力不足是造成煤炭企业"三力"问题凸显的原因,提出了加强对员工的能力培养、开展压力管理模式、以企业文化为粘合提升凝聚力的具体措施,从而有效调动员工生产经营积极性,建立和谐、现代化的人力资源管理模式。
The author analyzed causes of highlighting problems on "Ability, Pressure, Cohe- sion", which were simple personnel training mode, deficiency of incentive system, insufficient of enterprise culture cohesion, and also provided specific measures of strengthening training ability of employees, conducting pressure management mode and improving cohesion basing upon enter- prise culture adhesion, in order to effectively motive employees" enthusiasm of production and management and building harmonious and modern human resource management mode.
