30 Years of China's University Undergraduate Teaching Assessment: Achievements, Problems and Expectations

摘要 我国高校教学评估在推动我国高等教育发展、提升高等教育质量中起到了巨大的作用。在我国高校教学评估三十而立之际,本文回顾了高校教学评估的试点和正规化两个历史阶段;总结取得的成就,包括评估法制体系的建立、高校教学条件的改善、质量意识的加强和质量评估的常态化等;也指出了评估中需要改进的不足之处。最后从政策、评估者、院校和学生等视角提出对我国高等教育质量评估的展望。 It has been verified that university undergraduate teaching assessment played an important role in driving the development of higher education in our country, and in promoting the quality of higher education. At the time of the 30 anniversary of China's university under- graduate education assessment, this paper reviews the educational evaluation history. It points out the teaching quality evaluation can be divided into two periods, i.e., experimental period and normalized period. The paper sums up achievements of the assessment, such as the building of evaluation law system, improvement of teaching environment, enhancement of quality reorganiza- tion and normality of quality evaluation; presents the problems, and puts forward the expecta- tions to the future higher education evaluation from the aspects of policy, evaluator, colleges and students.
