基于生物进化理论的学校教育质量评估研究

A Study on Quality Assessment of School Education Based on the Theory of Biological Evolution

不断提高教育质量,培养经济社会发展所需要的各种类型和层次的人才是我国教育发展的核心问题。教育质量保障是提高教育质量的主要手段之一,其中学校建立的内部质量保障和由专业机构开展的教育质量评估是实施教育质量保障的重要方式。本文从学校教育和教育质量与生物进化中关于"生存斗争"、"变异"和"自然选择"的相似点出发,立足生物进化角度,阐述了教育质量评估的功能定位和功能发挥的实现途径。

Constantly improving the quality of education and culturing all types and levels of talents to meet the needs of society is the core of education development. The quality assur- ance of education is one of the means to improve the quality of education. Among this, the in- ternal quality assessment of schools and the quality assessment of school education carried out by the professional institutes are two important methods to implement the quality assurance of education. According to the similarities between school education, quality of education and ＂struggle for surviving＂, ＂variation＂, ＂nature selection＂, the function of quality assessment of ed- ucation and its realization are explored this paper.
