摘要 上海职业教育开放实训中心具有数量大、种类多、区域分散等特点,亟需一种有效的激励机制作为其有效运行的外部推力,绩效评估为实训中心运行管理提供了契机。实训中心运行绩效评估遵循分批评估与分类评估联合推进、网上监控与实地评估协同推进、质性评价与量化评价结合推进以及分等定级与经费拨付对应推进等"四推进"的核心理念,具体实施层面需要处理好评估指标制定、评估专家遴选、评估星级设定和评估结果处理等关键技术。 Shanghai vocational education open training bases have the characteristics of large quantity, variety, regional dispersion. It is urgent to need an effective incentive mechanism for the effective operation of the external thrusts. The performance evaluation provides an opportuni- ty for the training bases improvement. Performance evaluation of the training bases follows the core philosophy of "Four Promotions": partial evaluation combined with classification evaluation; online monitoring combined with field evaluation; qualitative evaluation combined with quantita- tive evaluation; classifying and grading combined with disbursement of funds. The specific im- plementation needs to deal with the key technology of evaluation index setting; the selection of evaluation experts, evaluation rating set, evaluation results processing.
