高校毕业生创业现状与特征的调查分析——以浙江省高校2011-2013届毕业生为例

Characteristics of Starting Own Business of University Graduates——An Investigation on Graduates of 2011- 2013 in Zhejiang Province

通过近三年对浙江省高校毕业生毕业一年后的就业、创业情况跟踪调查,发现浙江省高校创业教育和政府创业扶持政策成效明显,创业率明显高于全国平均水平。但在大学毕业生创业热情高涨的同时,创业资金来源、创业规模、创业利润和创业教育等方面还是遇到不少困难,需要高校及相关政府部门采取切实有效的措施,以提高大学毕业生创业的成功率。

After a survey of almost 3-years continuous tracking on the situation of employ- ment and starting own business of university graduates in Zhejiang province in one year after their graduation, it is discovered that the effects of education in universities and support policy from the government on starting own business are evident. The ratio of starting own business is observably higher than the average of whole country. However, with the evolving enthusiasm of starting own business of university graduates, lots of problems such as source of funds, the business size, profit and education are encountered. The paper suggests that effective policies must be taken by university and the government to improve the success ratio of starting own business by university graduates.
