如何实现工具理性的"利己"向价值理性的"利他"转化是志愿服务过程中面临的一个问题,二者之间的转化关系到志愿精神的实现程度。社会主义核心价值观倡导社会价值与个人价值的统一,是志愿服务由利己性动机向利他性动机转化的内在驱动力;志愿服务在实现利己过程中并不排斥利他性行为的实现,存在着转化可能。因此,应该创新举措,促进志愿服务在社会主义核心价值观引导下实现由利己向利他转化。

It is a question to transform instrumental rationality"selfish"to value rational"altruism"in the course of volunteer service.It concerns the degree of realization about volunteer spirit.The core socialist values propose uni-fied social values and personal values.It is the internal driving force of the volunteer service conversing from the self-serving motivation to altruistic motivation.The volunteer service does not exclude the implementation of altruistic be-havior in the process of realization of self-interest, and there is a possible to transform it.Thus,we should make the core socialist values realize the transformation of volunteer service.
