摘要
钢铁企业传统分散的动力厂、电力厂和氧气厂合并后形成的"能源部"具备管理和作业双重职能,扁平化、集中一贯制的管理具有明显的人力优势,可大大提高劳动生产率。单独的动力厂、电力厂和氧气厂作业成本考核评价方法比较成熟,而合并后形成的公辅能源系统的作业成本的考核评价方法行业暂无较为科学、成熟的先例。以京唐公司为例,探讨公辅能源系统作业成本的几种考核评价方法。
The "Department of Energy"formed after combination of the traditional de-centralized power plants, electricity plants and oxygen plants in steel enterprises has dual functions of management and operation. The flat and centralized management system has the obvious advantage of human resources, which can greatly improve labor productivity. The eval-uation method for operating cost of separate power plants, power plants and oxygen plants is relatively mature, but there still lacks a scientific and mature evaluation method for the com-bined utility power system in the industry. In the paper, several evaluation methods for opera-tion cost of utility energy system are discussed, taking Jingtang Company as an example.
