摘要
通过研究各种气力输送技术、流化破拱技术和失重式称重技术,结合海上采油平台露天生产环境和聚合物粉料特性,研发了一种能够全天候工作、连续可控的自动化程度非常高的粉料自控上料装置,满足了全面注聚系统聚合物粉料运输、储存、连续下料的要求。
Through studying all kinds of technologies,such as pneumatic conveying,fluidization and weight-loss weighting,and combining special production circumstances of offshore oilfield platforms and characteristics of polymer powder,a new kind of powder automatic feeding equip-ment,which can work in all weather conditions and be high-automatically and continuously con-trolled,has been designed and developed to meet the requirements of transportation,storage and feeding of polymer powder for the large-scale polymer injection system.
