间充质干细胞移植治疗眼干燥症的研究进展

The research progress of mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ophthalmoxerosis

随着社会信息化的发展,特别是在与视频接触的人群中,眼干燥症的患病率日益增高,目前常用的治疗方法一般只能缓解症状,不能达到治愈的目的。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一类具有多向分化潜能的细胞,可用于组织的修复及治疗间充质组织遗传缺陷性疾病,具有广阔的临床应用前景。作者回顾MSCs在临床和实验中治疗眼干燥症的现状,并探讨MSCs治疗眼干燥症的可能性。

With the development of social informatization,The incidence of dry eyes has increased,especailly amony people contacted with the video. General treatment can only relieve symptoms but not achieve the purpose of cure. Mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs),category of cells with multi-directional differentiation potential,can be used to repair the damaged tissue and treat the genetic defective disease of mesenchymal tissue,and has broad prospect of clinical application.This article reviewed the current situation of MSCs treatment in the dry eye in clinical and experimental status,and discussed the possibility of MSCs treatment for the ophthalmoxerosis.
