高压氧对糖尿病足截肢术后术口愈合影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the wound healing after diabetic foot amputation surgery

目的评价高压氧对糖尿病足截肢术后术口愈合的影响。方法将60例糖尿病足截肢术后患者采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各30例,A组给予常规治疗(包括控制血糖、术口换药、控制感染等),B组在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗1周,比较两组术口愈合情况、并发症发生情况及血糖控制水平。结果两组术前基本情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术截肢平面比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后B组术口愈合情况优于A组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于A组(P<0.05),血糖控制情况优于A组(P<0.01)。结论应用高压氧治疗有助于糖尿病足截肢术后术口的愈合和减少并发症的发生以及帮助血糖的控制。

Objective To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the wound healing after diabetic foot amputation surgery. Methods Sixty patients receiving diabetic foot amputation surgery were divided into group A and group B by using the random number table,with 30 cases in each group. Conventional treatments were done in group A,including blood glucose control,wound dressing,infection control,etc. The same treatments plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy were done in group B for 1 week. The wound healing situation,complications and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups. Results The basic situation of preoperation in the two groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). The levels of amputation in the two groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). The wound healing of group B was better than that of group A( P < 0. 05) and the incidence of complications in group A was higher than that in group B( P < 0. 05). The control of blood glucose in group B is better than that in group A( P <0. 01). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment is helpful for the healing of diabetic foot amputation surgery wound. It reduces complications and helps to control blood glucose.
