Study status quo of influence of suctioning on lung capacity and respiratory mechanics of patients with mechanical ventilation

综述了吸痰负压、通气模式、吸痰方式、吸痰管管径、吸痰深度对机械通气病人肺容量及呼吸力学的影响,提出护士必须准确评估病人,实行个体化气道管理,提高吸痰的有效性,降低并发症的发生,从而提高危重症病人的护理质量。

It reviewed the influence of negative pressure of sputum suction,ventilation mode,suction method,diameter of sputum suction tube and suction depth on lung capacity and respiratory mechanics in patients with mechanical ventilation.It put forward that nurses must accurately assess the patients,carry out the individual airway management,improve the effectiveness of sputum suction,reduce the incidence of complications,thereby to improve the quality of care for critically patients.
