儿童早期预警评分在留诊观察患儿分流中的应用

Application of pediatric early warning score in children triage in observation room

[目的]探讨儿童早期预警评分系统在儿科急诊留观患儿分流中的应用效果.[方法]采用儿童早期预警评分系统对我院急诊留观室的212例患儿进行病情评估,根据评估的分值采取相对应的护理措施和流程.[结果]评分为0分-3分167例患儿中无一例转入重症监护室;评分为4分的11例患儿中1例转入重症监护室;评分5分及以上的34例患儿中有25例转入重症监护室.5分是转入儿童重症监护室的最佳截点.[结论]儿童早期预警系统评分具有反应患儿疾病危重程度的作用,能够及时准确地识别潜在的危重症患儿.

Objective:To probe into the application effect of epediatric early warning system in ill children triage in pediatric emergency observation room.Methods:A total of 212 cases of ill children were evaluated in emergency obversation room in our hospital with pediatric early warning system on condition of disease.According to score of evaluation to take the corresponding nursing measures and processes.Results:There was no a case turned into ICU in 167 cases with 0~3points.In 11 patients with 4points,A case was transferred to ICU.In the 34 patients with 5points and above,25 cases were transferred to ICU.5points was the best cut-off point into the PICU.Conclusion:Pediatric early warning system of children has a role in the severity of disease.It may timely and accurately identify potential critically ill children.
