经皮经导管射频消融去肾交感神经术治疗难治性高血压临床研究

摘要 目的观察经皮经导管射频消融去肾交感神经术（RDN）治疗难治性高血压的临床应用价值.方法：随机将我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的100例难治性高血压患者分为两组,每组50例.观察组经皮经导管射频消融去肾交感神经术治疗,对照组行常规药物治疗.采用比较两组临床疗效、血压控制等指标.结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为76.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;比较两组术后半年收缩压和舒张压,观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：经皮经导管射频消融去肾交感神经术治疗难治性高血压临床效果理想,值得在临床中推广应用.
