贝那普利对2型糖尿病肾病患者血清抵抗素水平的影响评估

摘要 目的探讨贝那普利对2型糖尿病肾病患者血清抵抗素水平的影响.方法选择我院于2014年1月至2015年1月期间采用贝那普利进行治疗的46例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,另选同期48例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为对照组,观察对比两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白及抵抗素水平.结果治疗前,两组患者的各种指标比较均无统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组患者治疗后的FPG、Ccr、UA与治疗前比均显著降低(P〈0.05),但两组间比较无显著差异(P〉0.05);观察组治疗后的抵抗素水平显著下降(P〈0.05),对照组降低幅度不明显(P〉0.05).结论血清抵抗素与糖尿病肾病的发病具有密切联系,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂可通过调节抵抗素水平来控制炎症反应,诱导胰岛素产生.
