瑞芬太尼复合右美托咪定在医学美容手术麻醉中麻醉效果研究

摘要 目的分析右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼在美容手术中的应用效果.方法选择我院在2013年2月至2015年3月接收的102例美容手术受术者作为分析对象,分为A组与B组,A组为右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,B组为瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉.结果A组的优良率为96.08%,B组为84.31%,A组的优良率高于B组,两组存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论复合应用右美托咪定与瑞芬太尼能够改善美容手术的麻醉效果,可推广使用.
