Th17细胞在肝脏疾病中的研究进展

摘要 Th17细胞是一种2004年发现的新型CD4+T细胞亚群.目前认为Th17细胞的分化途径与Th1和Th2不同.在以往研究中,Th1细胞介导细胞免疫应答,包括组织损伤和细胞内的寄生虫感染.Th2细胞介导IgE生成,尤其是嗜酸性粒细胞的炎症反应,过敏和蠕虫感染的清除.而Th17细胞分化需要转化生长因子β和白细胞介素(IL)-6、转录因子孤儿核受体(ROR)γt等参与,分泌生IL-17,IL-17F和IL-21以及其他炎症细胞因子,与自身免疫紊乱有关.最新相关文献报道发现,Th17参与自身免疫性肝病、急慢性肝炎、肝纤维化及肝癌的发生发展.本文旨阐述Th17细胞的发育分化及其在肝脏疾病方面的研究进展.
