冠状动脉疾病运用冠脉CT造影的应用分析

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉CT造影检查对于冠状动脉疾病的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析68例经临床确诊冠心病血管狭窄部位的患者资料,分析冠状动脉CT造影的符合情况.结果冠心病血管狭窄的68例患者中,运用冠状动脉CT造影对左冠状动脉前室间支检测的准确率为91.7%,左冠状动脉前室旋支检测准确率96%,右冠状动脉狭窄检测准确率84.2%.结论冠脉血管造影检查对冠状动脉疾病的诊断价值较高,是一种对冠心病检查的安全、无创、可靠的筛查方法.
