经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的研究经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果.方法选取我院100例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,采用经皮椎体形成术进行手术治疗,并在手术之后辅以抗骨质疏松药物治疗,记录并分析治疗前后的视觉模拟评分和疼痛缓解优良率,分别在治疗后1天、1周、1个月、4个月、7个月进行测定.结果该100例患者的VAS评分在手术后1天、1周、1个月间的差异有明显的统计学意义(P〈0.01),在手术后1个月、4个月、7个月间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).疼痛缓解程度为优的有59例,良37例,差4例,优良率达96%.结论经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折能够有效改善患者的骨折情况,缓解患者的疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广应用.
