摘要
目的:考察黄芩苷温度敏感眼用原位凝胶对家兔眼刺激性及在家兔眼结膜囊中消除动力学研究。方法:采用家兔自身对照法考查凝胶的刺激性;采用滤纸条法研究家兔泪液中药物的消除动力学。结果:原位凝胶单次、多次给药后对家兔的眼睛均无刺激作用且显著提高AUC,延长眼部滞留。结论:所研制的黄芩苷眼用温度敏感原位凝胶符合眼部应用要求,体现出良好的眼部应用前景。
Objective:To study the irritant response of baicalin in situ thermosensitive gel and its elmination pharmacokinetic in the rabbit eyes. Methods:The rabbits self-control method was determined the irritation. The filter strips-method was determined the elmination pharmacokinetic in the rabbit eyes. Results:The results indicated that the gel was non-irritant either single or multiple dose,and improve ocular bioavailability. Conclusion:Baicalin in situ thermosensitive gel comlied with the requirement for ophthalmic application and showed great potential in ophthalmic application.
