面神经功能评价方法研究进展

该文整理了目前国内外关于面神经功能评价方法的研究,发现临床常用的量表法如HBGS等运用广泛但存在主观偏差;客观的电生理检测方法有肌电图、神经兴奋性测定、瞬目反射、面神经电图、F波、表面肌电图等,其各有优势;基于计算机软件技术的方法准确度高,但受制于操作复杂;直观可视的影像学方法有核磁共振成像、红外热像图等,但其研究、运用尚处于初级阶段。

This paper has studied the methods of facial nerve function evaluation at home and abroad,and then found the clinical commonly used scale method such as HBGS is widely used but there are subjective deviation.There are many kinds of methods to detect the electrical physiology such as electromyography（EMG）,nerve excitability test（NET）,blink reflex（BR）,electroneurography（ENo G）,F wave,surface electromyography（s EMG）,etc.Each of them has its advantage.The method based on computer software technology is accurate,but it is controlled by the complexity of operation.The imaging method of the visual image is of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）,infrared thermal imaging,etc.But its research and application is still in the primary stage.
