治疗乳腺增生症的消核类中药制剂组方分析

Prescription Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine“Xiaohe Agents”for Treatment of Cyclomastopathy

目的:分析消核类中药制剂治疗乳腺增生症的组方及用药规律,为进一步调整治疗方法提供理论依据。方法:利用万方、维普和CNKI数据库,以"消核"和"乳腺增生"为关键词检索中文文献,记录符合纳入标准的文献中的临床症状、中药组方、用药方法、治疗效果等信息,运用辨证论治的方法分析其组方特点和用药规律。结果:检得文献30篇、纳入文献23篇,涉及消核类中药制剂25首,总有效率85.24%,涉及中药126味,用药频次438,这些药物中最常用的配伍是柴胡、夏枯草、当归、香附和牡蛎;主要药物的药性以味苦、辛为主,归经以肝经为主。结论:消核类中药制剂以疏肝理气、补益肝肾、软坚散结、调理冲任为主要原则,采用补泻同施、辨证施治的方法治疗乳腺增生症,取得了良好疗效;采用这些原则对消核类制剂进行调整和规范,还可能提高临床疗效。

Objective：To explore the prescription and rule of traditional Chinese medicine＂eliminate nuclear agents＂in treating cyclomastopathy,and to provide the theoretical evidence for further adjustment of the therapy. Methods：Chinese literature was obtained by searching in Wanfang,VIP,and CNKI databases and using key words＂Eliminate nuclear agents＂and＂cyclomastopathy＂;clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine formula,usage and efficacy of drugs were recorded from the literatures that met the criteria of inclusion. The prescription as well as rule of＂eliminate nuclear agents＂was analysed by using the method of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Results：Thirty articles were obtained from three main Chinese literature databases and 23 of which met the criteria of inclusion. In total,25 recipes of＂Eliminate nuclear agents＂were reported and their total effective rate was 85.24%,which involved 126 drugs and their frequency of usage was 438. In these agents,the most commonly used five drugs were Bupleurum,Selfheal,Angelica,Rhizoma cyperi and Oyster. The medicinal properties of main drug with taste bitter,pungent,to give priority to with liver meridian. Conclusion：Nuclear class elimination of TCM in liver and Qi,tonic liver and kidney,soft firm fights,recuperate as the main principle,replacement with diarrhoea,and the method of evidence-based medicine to treat mammary gland hyperplasia,has obtained the good curative effect. Using these principles cancellation nuclear agents to adjust and regulate,it may improve clinical curative effect.
