托烷司琼联合中药穴位贴敷预防肿瘤化疗所致恶心呕吐疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Tropisetron Combined with Chinese Drugs at the Acupoint Prevent Cancer Chemotherapy Induced Nausea and Vomiting

目的:观察托烷司琼联合中药穴位贴敷预防肿瘤含铂方案化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效,与单用托烷司琼的疗效比较。方法:选取我科60例病例采用随机对照研究。将接受含铂方案化疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采取托烷司琼联合中药穴位贴敷,对照组采取单用托烷司琼。结果:观察组与对照组相比较治疗效果明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时观察组化疗前后卡氏评分无明显降低(P>0.05),而对照组化疗前后卡氏评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:托烷司琼联合中药穴位贴敷比单用托烷司琼能有效缓解化疗所致的恶心、呕吐症状。托烷司琼联合中药穴位贴敷组化疗前后卡氏评分无明显降低,而单用托烷司琼组化疗前后卡氏评分明显降低。

Objective：Observation of tropisetron combined with Chinese drugs at the acupoint preventive effect of tumor platinum containing chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting,and comparison with tropisetron. Methods：Using randomized controlled trial in our division 60 cases,accepting the platinum containing chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group adopt tropisetron combined with Chinese drugs at the acupoint,the control group adopted single tropisetron. Results：The observation group compared with control group,the treatment effect is obvious,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. At the same time,the observation group before and after chemotherapy Karnofsky score no significant decrease（P〉0.05）,while the control group before and after chemotherapy Karnofsky score decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tropisetron combined with Chinese drugs at the acupoint than single use of tropisetron can effectively alleviate chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. Tropisetron combined with Chinese drugs at the acupoint group before and after chemotherapy Karnofsky score no significant decrease,but only used tropisetron before and after chemotherapy group Karnofsky score decreased obviously.
