血脂康与阿托伐他汀钙治疗血脂异常临床观察

Clinical Evaluation on Xuezhikang Capsule and Atorvastatin Calcium Treatment of Dyslipidemia

目的:观察血脂康与阿托伐他汀钙治疗血脂异常的临床疗效。方法:2012年5月的学校教职工健康体检中血脂异常者40例,随机分为两组,在生活方式指导基础上分别给予血脂康及阿托伐他汀钙治疗,连续8周后,观察两组服药前后血脂各项指标的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均较治疗前明显下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)升高,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血脂康与阿托伐他汀钙均能有效调节血脂水平,相对阿托伐他汀钙,血脂康治疗成本低并且安全,值得推广。

Objective：To observe Xuezhikang Capsule and atorvastatin calcium on clinical effect in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods：To do physical examination for the school staff of dyslipidemia in 40 cases in May 2012. On the basis of making life style guidance,give each group with Xuezhikang Capsule and atorvastatin calcium for 8 weeks of continuous treatment,changes in lipids were observed before and after taking the indicators. Results：After treatment,the patient＇s TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly decreased,HDL-C was significantly increased. The difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xuezhikang Capsule and atorvastatin calcium have a therapeutic effect on dyslipidemia. Compared to atorvastatin calcium,Xuezhikang Capsule could be worthy to promote with its low cost and safety.
