摘要
目的:观察样品粒度对附子近红外(NIR)定量模型准确性的影响。方法:采用近红外(NIR)光谱分析技术建立附子双酯型生物碱和单酯型生物碱含量测定模型,对同批次同产地不同粒度附子样品生物碱含量进行预测,并与化学测量值(HPLC)进行比较。结果:附子最粗粉与粗粉近红外(NIR)预测值与化学测量值(HPLC)误差较大,双酯型生物碱含量分别为15.251 4%和8.716 9%,单酯型生物碱含量分别为32.614 8%和17.946 7%,中粉~极细粉接近化学测量值(HPLC)且相差分别在5%和10%以内。结论:样品粒度对附子近红外(NIR)定量模型准确性存在一定影响,粒度越大,预测值与化学测量值(HPLC)误差越大,中粉~极细粉测定值较为稳定,可作为样品测定前处理标准。
Objective:To observe the effect of sample particle size on the accuracy of near infrared(NIR)quantitative model of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata.Methods:Determination of the content of technical analysis model of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata diester diterpenoid alkaloids and single ester type alkaloids by near infrared(NIR)spectroscopy with the same origin,the same batch of different particle size of Aconiti Lateralis Preparata root samples were predicted and chemical measurements(HPLC)were compared.Results:Aconiti Lateralis Preparata most coarse powder and coarse powder of near infrared(NIR)prediction value and chemical measurements(HPLC)error is large,double ester alkaloid non are 15.251 4% and 8.716 9%,single ester type alkaloids were32.614 8% and 17.946 7%,fly to very fine powder close chemical measurements(HPLC)and the difference in 5% and 10% respectively in within the.Conclusion:The sample size has certain effects on the monkshood NIR quantitative model accuracy,the larger size,the predictive value and chemical measurements(HPLC)error is large,very fine powder in the powder to the determination of the value of relatively stable,can be used as determination standard sample pretreatment.
