摘要
目的:探讨家属参与式教育管理对代谢综合征患者治疗的效果。方法选择代谢综合征患者200例,随机分为管理组和治疗组,每组100例。对照组采取自我管理方式进行管理,管理组在自我管理方式的基础上增加家属参与式教育管理,比较两组患者管理前后的BMI、血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸及治疗依从性。结果干预6个月后,管理组患者BMI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( t=2.832,P〈0.05);管理组患者收缩压、血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血尿酸水平,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( t值分别为8.432,9.324,2.831,3.321,4.343;P〈0.05);管理组患者治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.324,P〈0.05)。结论家属参与式教育管理使代谢综合征患者体重,血压,血糖,血脂和血尿酸状况改善明显,能够提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the families involved education administration in patients with metabolic syndrome treatment effects. Methods A total of 200 patients were randomly selected according to random number table from March 2011 to January 2014 admitted patients and divided into management group and control group on average. Body mass index ( BMI) , blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, blood uric acid and treatment compliance were compared before and after management. Results After 6 months intervention, the management group BMI was significantly lower than that of the control group ( t=2. 832,P〈0. 05), the patient′s blood pressure, glucose, glycerin trilaurate, uric acid condition were lower than those of the control group as well (t =8. 432,9. 324,2. 831,3. 321,4. 343;P 〈0. 05). The compliance in the management group was higher that of the control group (χ2 =14. 324,P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Families involved education management can contribute patients′weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids and blood uric acid conditions syndrome and improve patient′s compliance with treatment.
