摘要
用添加有多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)的前驱体溶液,通过水热合成法,在260℃条件下制备了一系列YBO3:Eu3+样品.当前驱体溶液的pH值从5到10的范围变化时,所制备的样品表现出丰富的形貌,包括鼓状、片状、六面体状、六角状和花状颗粒,这是由碳纳米管表面接枝官能团与前驱体溶液中不同形式HBO3的协同效应所致.发光测量结果表明pH=9和10的样品的红/橙(R/O)比提高了,表现出更好的色纯度,这归因于晶界或颗粒表面的Eu3+具有较低的局部对称性.
A series of YBO3:Eu3+samples were synthesized by a hydrothermal method at 260 ℃with additive of multi-walled carbon nano-tubes(MWCNT)in the precursor solution.By changing the pH value of the precursor solution from 5to 10,samples exhibited rich morphologies including drum-,flake-,hexahedron-,hexagonal-and flower-like particles,which were assigned to the cooperative effects of grafted functional groups to the surface of carbon nano-tubes and different existing forms of HBO3 in the precursor solution.The luminescent measurements indicate that the R/O ratios were enhanced for the samples with pH=9 and 10,indicating better color purity,which were attributed to the lower local symmetry of the Eu3+ions at the grain boundaries or particles' surface.
