尿酸与慢性肾脏病关系的研究进展
摘要
高尿酸血症在高血压、代谢综合征、肾脏疾病患者中是非常常见的。然而，高尿酸血症与慢性肾脏病（CKD）之间的关系仍没有定论。近几十年来，主流观点认为高尿酸血症是肾功能不全的结果，被认为是肾脏损害的标志因子，而不是肾病发生发展的原因。然而，最近的流行病学研究显示高尿酸血症与高血压、慢性肾病、心血管事件和死亡的风险增加是独立相关的，而且临床及动物实验也支持这一说法。
