基于PLC技术鱼苗自动化采样系统设计

摘要 为使鱼苗采集监测更加规范,研制了一套自动化鱼苗采集系统。该系统由水泵、过滤容器、可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)、电动阀门、采样瓶及触摸屏等组成,用于江河鱼类早期资源调查,可实现鱼苗、鱼卵自动化采样,可适用于流态复杂水域。该系统通过可编程逻辑控制器控制水泵启动,定量抽取水样,过滤浓缩后,开启电动阀门样品装瓶。系统的特点是无人值守,一个采样周期可多次自动采样,实现定时定量规范化采样,采样量可达30—50 m3·h–1。该系统的设计与开发,增加了一种江河鱼类早期资源调查的采样方法,与传统的浮游生物网采样方法相比,颇具优势,值得推广应用。 This paper introduces the design of fish larvae auto-sampling system based on the programmable logic controller technology(PLC). The system is composed of water pump, filter container, programmable logic controller, electric valves and touch screen, being used for the investigation of fish resources of early life stages in the river, such as the fish fry and eggs auto-sampling. In the system, the water pump is controlled by the programmable logic controller. The water sample is filtered and concentrated and then led to the sampling bottle by the electric valve. The specialty of the system is unattended, standardized, multiple sampling in a cycle, with sample volume 30-50 m^3·h^-1, applicable to complex waters flow. The system has obvious advantages compared with the traditional plankton net in the investigation of fish early resources of rivers.
