摘要
采用基于动态基准的节能率评价方法,通过典型公共建筑模型数据库中的分布数据加权计算对GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》节能效果进行了全面、科学的评价。结果表明,标准修订后由围护结构、供暖空调设备和照明设备能效提升产生的全国公共建筑能耗整体降低21.6%。考虑到标准中对可再生能源应用、给水排水系统、电气系统以及全新风供冷、冷却塔免费供冷等节能措施的要求,总能耗降低约30%,为我国建筑节能标准工作的长期可持续发展提供了基础数据。
Based on the dynamic benchmark of energy efficiency evaluation method, carries out a comprehensive energy-saving evaluation by weighting calculation on the distribution data adopted in GB 50189-2015 Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings. The results show that the overall energy consumption of typical public building model decreases 21.6% by the energy efficiency increase of building enevelope, heating and air conditioning and lighting equiptments. Meanwhile, considering the application Of renewable energy, water supply and drainage System, electrical system as well as the new free cooling tower and-other energy saving measures in GB 50189-2015, the overall energy consumption of national public buildings decreases about 30%, which provides the basic data for the long-term sustainable development of China's building energy-saving program.
