摘要
本文介绍了dCi11缸体美国专机TS-0004上下缸孔及上止口9mm深度的加工工艺、parposs在线量仪的测量及marposs、santec及siemens 840D数控系统的相互通讯及数据处理。针对该机床上止口9mm深度加工在线测量尺寸超差及尺寸不稳等问题,探究分析了marposs量仪的测量原理及计算,对marposs量仪进行校准及参数进行优化调整,解决了上止口9mm深度加工超差问题,提升了机床加工能力和加工质量。
This article presents the machining technology about the processing technology of the upper hole, lower hole and 9mm-depth upper spigot by/via American special machine TS-0004, online measurement with the use of parposs. The mutual communication and data processing among Marposs、Santec and Siemens 840 D numerical control system is also demonstrated. According to analyse the measuring principle and calculating method of the Maposs, the Marposs is calibrated and parameters is optimized to solve the problem of dimension exceed and instability of the spigot, that improved the process capacity and quality of the machine.
