The topic of the paper choose a way of random changing tool,With the demand of automatic tool changing of Horizontal machining center. This article focuses on the design of the automatic tool exchange control; the detailed design of the randomly selected data table knife magazine refresh process and PMC procedures; analysis the working process of the tool change mechanism of globoid cam handlers using the dual-arm of rotary Manipulator.
