摘要
在船舶建造过程中,船舶艉轴支架在安装过程中耗时长,占用大量大型吊运设备时间。悬吊的艉轴架在空中处于悬空摇摆状态,需耗费大量人力物力及时间进行定位工作。施工中烧焊的临时吊耳也增加了事后的切割打磨和补涂的工作。针对上述问题进行研究,设计新型工装以辅助艉轴支架进行安装工作,可将工序前移,提高焊缝质量,实现精细化生产。
