摘要
在调研的基础上,运用主成分分析法及AHP法建立了地方商业银行中层管理人员的胜任力评价指标及其权重体系.在此基础上,运用模糊数学原理建立了中层管理人员的胜任力模型即绩效模糊综合评判模型.模型的建立与应用将使得地方商业银行的绩效管理更趋科学与合理.
With the assistance of surveys,the present study,using the main-factor analysis and the AHP methods,constructs competency evaluation indicators and their weights system of middle management's performances in local commercial banks.On top of this,the researchers build a competency model of middle management's performance applying the fuzzy mathematic principle,or the comprehensive fuzzy model of performance.The building of the model and its application will make performance evaluation in local commercial banks take on an increasingly scientific and reasonable momentum.
