Policy Making for Chemical Fiber Industry

作为具备全球竞争力的产业,我国化纤工业即将结束＂十二五＂发展阶段,正在筹划＂十三五＂的跃升路线。 中国国际化纤会议（盛泽2015）此时召开,对于行业今后5年的发展意义非凡。9月7日~9日,大会在江苏盛泽召开。会议由中国纺织工业联合会主办,中国化学纤维工业协会、中国纺织国际交流中心、盛泽镇人民政府和中国东方丝绸市场管委会共同承办。为期两天的大会设有发展论坛和8个专题论坛、近70场报告。

Chinese manufacturing industry is experiencing a transform from production-oriented mode to production-service-oriented mode. President of Chinese Chemical Fibers Association(CCFA), Duan Xiaoping, says that chemical fiber corporations should proactively implement such transform. CCFA will develop a specialized plan on optimizing the structure of the production-service, leading chemical fiber industry to transformation and upgrading in multiple areas including R & D, logistics, financing and lease, IT services, energy saving services, testing and certification, E-commerce, after-sales, human resources and brand construction.
