通过梳理神华集团过去30年的发展历程,总结提炼出坚持改革创新是神华集团实现长期稳健发展的关键经验,介绍其在理念创新、战略创新、商业模式创新和科技创新方面的具体做法,分析在新常态下神华集团发展新思路和新探索,以期为煤炭企业发展提供启示和借鉴。
By exploring development history of Shenhua Group in past 30 years, this paper summarizes that insisting reform and innovation is the key experiences of long-term and stable development of this enterprise. The paper introduces the details of innovation of concept, strategy, business mode, and science and technology. This paper also analyzes the new thought and new exploration of Shenhua Group＇s development in ＂New Normal＂ era. We hope the paper could offer valuable reference for China＇s coal enterprises.
