摘要
在分析我国煤炭人力资源现状的基础上,结合煤炭行业人力资源需求,依据相关理论构建了煤炭企业人力资源竞争力评价理论模型,提出煤炭企业人力资源竞争力评价理论指标体系,并进一步凝练出了具有一定代表性的应用指标体系,其主要指标包括人力资源结构指数、人力资源流动指数、人力资源开发指数、人力资源匹配指数、人力资源激励指数、人力资源财务绩效指数和人力资源非财务绩效指数,通过评价指标体系对3家大型煤炭企业人力资源竞争力进行了实证研究,具有一定的适用性和推广性。
Based on analyzing current situation of human resources in coal industry in China, combined with human resource demand and according to related theory, to build human resources competitiveness evaluation theory mode and put forward index system of human resources competitiveness evaluation theory in coal industry. Furthermore, a representative application index system is refined, mainly including: human resources structure index, human resource flow index, human resources development index, human resource matching index, human resources promoting index, human financial performance index and non-financial performance index. Using the evaluation index system to carry empirical research to three big coal enterprises' human resources competitiveness and this has certain applicability and extension.
