摘要
针对目前严峻的煤炭形势,煤炭企业从加强精细化运营管理入手,向安全要保障、向管理要效益,降低生产成本,力争实现经济效益最大化是抵御外部冲击的唯一出路。分析了煤炭企业开展精益化管理的意义,研究了煤炭企业开展精益化管理的模式、重点、方法,提出开展精益化管理的工作阶段及保障措施,为煤炭企业开展精益化管理提供参考。
In view of the current serious situation of coal, coal enterprises are to strengthen the fine operation and management as the beginning, to protect the security, to achieve efficiency through management, to reduce production costs, and strive to achieve maximum economic benefit, which will be the only way to withstand external shocks. This paper analyzes the significance of coal enterprises to develop lean management, studied the coal enterprises to develop lean management model, focus,method, proposed to carry out the work phase of lean management and security measures to provide a reference for coal enterprises to develop lean management.
